How to Return Products?

Return Rules at Eurobrend Shop Online Store: Your Rights and Our Obligations

At Eurobrend, we prioritize protecting customer interests and strictly comply with the legislation of Uzbekistan, including the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection."

Return of Defective Products*
If you find a defect in a purchased product, note the following:

• Within one week of your request, we must replace the product with a similar one.

• If additional expertise is required, the replacement period may extend up to 20 days.

• If the same model is unavailable, replacement occurs within one month.

• For remote regions, the period may extend to two months.

• By mutual agreement, we may offer a replacement with a product from another manufacturer, with price adjustment.

Return of Non-Defective Products**
Under current law, you may return or exchange non-food products in good condition within 10 days of purchase. Conditions: the product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and seals intact. Provide proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Products*
The following non-defective products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Medical devices and hygiene products;

• Personal hygiene items;

• Perfumes and cosmetics;

• Textiles, cables, construction materials sold by length;

• Underwear and socks;

• Household chemicals;

• Furniture;

• Jewelry;

• Vehicles;

• Complex household appliances under warranty;

• Animals and plants.

Return Process at Eurobrend

1. Contact the manager via Telegram.

2. Package the product for pickup.

3. Submit proof of purchase.

4. Await product inspection (up to 3 days).

5. A resolution will be provided within 10 business days.

  Yes, return conditions apply to all products, including promotional items, unless other terms were agreed upon.

• What is the refund timeframe?
  By law, refunds are processed within 3 days of the request.
